The report goes on to add that the West London Club do not share the views of those who booed Hazard in the second half of the crucial Champions League match against Paris Saint-Germain at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday, as the winger swapped shirts with Angel Di Maria – at half time.
Italian boss Antonio Conte, who is expected to be the new Chelsea manager come the start of next season, is said to be eager to work with the Belgian international and help him return to the level he was at when Chelsea won the Premier League easily last season under Jose Mourinho, as well as the Capital One Cup.
Throughout the season, both Real Madrid and PSG have been linked with a summer swoop for the former LOSC Lille dangerman. However, after selling fellow Belgian internationals in Romelu Lukaku and Kevin De Bruyne and then watching them shine, the Blues are reluctant to sell Hazard, and keep the same pattern of mistake.
It was only last February that Chelsea awarded Hazard with a new and improved long-term contract at Stamford Bridge, paying him £200,000 a week.
So, with all that said, it seems as though IF Hazard wants a move away from West London, it’ll have to be forced through by himself. However, given how laid back he is, whether that will happen or not is still to be seen.
